Cognitive Characteristics of an Innovation Team and Collaborative Innovation Performance: The Mediating Role of Cooperative Behavior and the Moderating Role of Team Innovation Efficacy

Based on the theory of social cognition, this paper discusses cognitive characteristics an innovation team, influence mechanism cooperative behavior collaborative performance, and moderating effect team efficacy in enterprise network. The hypothesis has been verified basis 288 valid questionnaires. results show following: process innovation, different dimensions characteristics, namely experience, internal environment enterprise, emotional have a significant positive impact performance; plays partial mediating role performance. In addition, team’s positively moderates relationship between study not only expand application to scope activities, but also certain reference significance effectively mobilize initiative improve performance innovation.
